Viseouit Kato, interviewed, said he was uneasy regarding the future problems involved in the relations of the League of Nations and the AngloJapanese alliance. Viscount Kato declared he was perturbed at the outlook in the Pacific and the Far Eastern questions, which were becoming more complicated.
