There is a difference in the quality of 1 BASIC SUPERPHOSPHATE. A GRADE Basic Superphosphate, £9 5s per ton, contains a very large proportion of soluble Phosphates. B GRADE Basic Superphosphate, £7 ISS per tort, is entirely insoluble. At the Stratford Experimental Farm last season. Swedes grown with A Quality Basis Superphosphate gave the second heaviest crop. I have also received excellent reports from fanners who have applied it as a top-dressing- for pastures. B GRADE Basic Superphosphate is composed entirely of insoluble Phosphates and consequently cannot bo expected to give anything like as satisfactory results, and is not recommended for root crops or where a quick growth is desired.
