THE LEMBERG POGROM. POLISH GOVERNMENT EXCUSES. By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright. (Received Dec. 3, 11.55 a.m.) BERNE, Dec. 2. The Polish Bress Bureau admits that 40 Jews and a dozen Christians were killed in the recent disorders in Lemberg. It says that the perpetrators were 100 released criminals, assisted by deserters.
