LONDON, Dec. 2. The King, in thanking President Poincare for France’s welcome, said he regarded it as an appreciation of the Empire’s effort in the common cause. Henceforth the bonds will be unbreakable.
M. Poincare replied that France would bo faithful to the alliance in peace as in war.
