A GRADE Basic Superphosphate, £9 5s per ton, contains a very large proportion of soluble Phosphates. B GRADE Basic Superphosphate, £7 15s per ton, Is entirely insoluble. At the Stratford Experimental Farm last season, Swedes grown with A Quality Basic Superphosphate gave the second heaviest crop. I have also received excellent reports from farmers who have applied it as a top-dressing for pastures. B GRADE Basic Superphosphate is composed entirely of insotublo Phosphates and consequently cannot be expected to give anything like as satisfactory results, and is not recommended for root crops or where a quick growth is desired. When comparing prices this must bo borne in mind. Both grades on sale. ' I Newton King, I New Plymouth, Stratford and Inglewood.
