You must be prepared to return the hospitality you have received at Inglewood, as it is expected that Commissioner Humphrey and some of his scouts will join in with us. Everyone should parade, and the District Commissioner will allow Scouts to fall out and attend their own church. The proper Scouts to cany the colours aro Mr. Scott and Mr. Coleman, they being the youngest officers, and there must he three sergeants or troop leaders, one. in the centre and one on each of the outer sides of the officers. The colours must ho taken from the church and returned after the parade in the same way. Remember, your colours are British and have been consecrated, and just as you pay respect to God and King, so you must respect your colours.
