AN ULSTER MANIFESTO. ATTACKING THE NATIONALISTS. (Received August 24, 10.5 a.m.) LONDON, August 23. Sir Edward Carson and leading Ulsterites have signed a manifesto to President Wilson as a counter-blast to the Nationalists’ manifesto. It says that (Jibe Nationalist leaders have cast a stain on Ireland’s good name by refusing to devote their whole strength against Germany.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Asn.
