The public are earnestly requested to register all letters containing money or valuabl.-s intended to bo sent by post. Note.—Letters usually superscribed “via Suez” should now be superscribed “For first direct steamer.” Correspondence for all neutral countries is subject to censorship C. H. BURTON, Chief Postmaster.
