The Baden 'Powell arrived this morning with general parg6 from Wellington and is expected to go south again this evening. The Saraiva is due hero again on Wednesday morning from Onehunga. The Waimna could not ’finish unloading on Thursday afternoon owing to heavy rain. Operations were continued this morning. : . UNION COMPANY VESSELS. The Corinna was engaged to-day in unloading 90 tons of cargo from Wellington. On Monday she will commence to load a full cargo of butter and she will leave for Wellington on Tuesday. ’The Karamn loads at Timaru on Monday vandal Lyttelton on Tuesday. The vessel is duo here about Thursday morning.

HU IA AT DUNEDIN

There are no fresh developments to report concerning tho Wellingtonowned coastal steamer Huia. which has been laid up at the Rattray Street wharf for over a week (says the Dunedin Star). The Huia is without a drew, but tho captain and engineer are still standing by the vessel. It was rumoured on the waterfront on Saturday that she would probably be dispatched to Lyttelton and Wellington, but so far no move has been made in that direction. There are no agents in Dunedin for the Huia.
