OFFICIAL REPORT. OF BREST LITOVSK CONFERENCE GERMANS DON’T LIKE TROTSKY. (Received Feb. 8, 10.30 a.m.) LONDON, Feb. 7. A wireless German official account of the sitting at Brest Litovsk states that Trotsky demanded tho withdrawal of troops from Poland so as to enable the people to give a free expression of opinion. Count Czernin protested against Trotsky’s statement that it was impossible to negotiate with the Polish Delegation because Poland had no fixed boundaries, and had no established independent government. Count Czernin pointed out that the same applied to Russia, adding; “We have not come here for an intellectual wrestling match,” _ ' The continuation of the discussion on Poland being unprofitable Herr Kuhlmnnn perntppterily closed the sitting. Count Andrassy, addressing the Hungarian Parliament, denounced the idea of peace at any price, andi added: “We must finish with victory. Our enemies are agitating with catch words ‘Dismeni-, berment of the Monarchy,’ but Hungary' has not responded, to this lure.” He could not say the' same for Austria.
