A. new war precautions regulation empowers the Commonwealth to control the movements of every vessel registered in Australia. , Negotiations have been completed for the purchase, by the Commonwealth of the shipbuilding yards at Williamstpwn for £200,000. Tho Commonwealth takes possession to-day.
