NOTE TO GERMANY. DEMANDS IMMEDIATE REPLY. (Received Feb. 5, 11.20 a.fn.) ' MADRID, Feb.- 4. A Note to Germany in connection with the Giralda was dispatched on Sunday and demands an immediate answer. It is understood that in addition to reparation Spain insists on the immunity of Spanish vessels trading between Spanish ports.
