The Goeben ..ad Breslauhave once more appeared on the scene, near the Dardanelles, the Breslau for the last time. The Goeben is asbore. in the Narrows, where the currents are too strong for a disabled ship to navigate safely. There is a great strike in Austria-Hungary, where the whole people are anxious for peace and an end of their semi-starvptiou. Considerable hostility is being shown to Germans.
