RAILWAY ACCIDENT.

AT AVESTFIELD STATION. MEAT TRUCKS DERAILED. PKR PRESS ASSOCIATION. AUCKLAND, Doe. 7. A collision occurred at AVestfield station early this morning. A goods train from Auckland ran into a stationary moat train, tho latter being partly on the main lino and partly on a siding. Twelve wagons -were derailed and one demolished. They contained frozen meat intended for shipment. Otherwise no damage was done to either train. Passenger traffic was delayed for a considerable time. A porter on one train had his face severely cut, but no one else was injured. The Main Trunk express, duo at AucltVnd at 6.38 this morning, was delayed at AVestfield. Tho passengers were at AVestfield and arrived here at 8.25. Tho line was clear soon after 10 a.m.
