•-WAR ON AUSTRIA DECISION OF THE SENATE. (Received Dec. 7, 1.30 p.m.) WASHINGTON, Dec. 6. The Senate Foreign Relations Cora* mittee has adopted a resolution declaring war on Austria. AMERICAN WARSHIPS. TO GO TO EUROPE. (Received Dec. 7, 1.25 p.m.) WASHINGTON, Dec. 6. The creation of the supreme naval council will result in the diversion of some American warships to the Mediterranean and Adriatic Seas, where the Allied fleets will attempt a decisive blow against Austria. It is also likely that American troops will be sent to Italy.
