NEUTRALITY TO BE MAINTAINED. UNLESS HOLLAND ATTACKED. THE HAGUE, Nov. 29. The Premier, speaking in the Chamber, affirmed that the Government would not depart from neutrality, whatever the consequences might lie, hut. if attacked, the Dutch would defend themselves.
