A GREAT STRIKE. SUBSIDISED BY GERMANS. (Received Sept. 26, 12.50 p.m.) WASHINGTON, Sept. 25. The United Press correspondent at Buenos Ayres reports that the strikers number 120,000. The railways are tied tip’, threatening scores of cities with famine, and the country is paralysed. It is believed that German money is being used to assist in financing the strike. Telegraph lines have been cut anti the direct cable to the United States is not working. CABLES AND TELEGRAPHS OUT. (Received Sept. 26, 12.50 p.m.) BUENOS AYRES, Sept. 25. Tho strikers have cut all the telegraph and cable lines except that to England.
