INTERESTING PROBLEM.
FOR COURT OF APPEAL. A IHESS ASSOCIATION. WELLINGTON, Sept. 26. The Court of Appeal is hearing argument in the case Ann Lockwood versus the Auckland Electric Tramway Company, a claim for damages for injuries received on May 26 last through a tramway accident. -The question is whether the company is liable for an accident which occurred through the motorman falling off the car after starting on a down grade. The case turns on whether he was negligent.
