HOLLAND.
PROTEST AGAINST ZEPPELINS. LONDON, June 20. The Dutch Government strongly protested to Germany against a Zeppelin flying over Holland on Sunday, when it was shelled. It points out that the commander could not have mistaken his position; he was merely taking a short cub home.
