WELLINGTON SESSIONS. PER PRESS ASSOCIATION. WELLINGTON, Feb. 13. At the Supremo Court, the jury, after six hours’ retirement, disagreed in ths case wherein Charles Henderson was charged with assaulting Constable Fitzgerald with intent to do bodily ham. A new trial has been ordered. A CASE AT WANGANUI. WANGANUI, Feb'. 13. At the Supreme Court, Richard Patrick Pollard, at one time staff sergeantmajor at Hawera, was found guilty on a charge of using an instrument for an illegal operation, as the result of which a girl died. This was his third trial. Sentence was deferred till Friday morning.
