GERMAN HEADQUARTERS MOVED TO EASTERN FRONT. (Received September 20. 1.00 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 19. Tho South German Zeitung says that the Gorman headquarter': have been removed to the eastern from the western front, indicating Hnuicnburg's intention to concentrate against the Russians.
