A CHARGE OF ARSON.

PER PRESS ASSOCIATION. FOXTON. Sept. 20. Detective Qnirko yesterday arrested a youth named Wallace Stanley Alartin, eighteen years of age, on five charges of alleged arson in connection with the recent Foxton fires. Accused was brought before Mr. Hornblow, J.P.. and remanded to the 26th inst. Substantial bail was asked for, but it was not forthcoming.
