BY Proclamations dated respectively Ist and 2nd September, 191(3, tho eni'oliDEnt of the Reserve is-directed. ■Enrolment MOST bo mado not later than September lo (First Division), or September 16 (Second Division). . The Reserve consists of men not less than 20 and under 16 years of age. . Tho Reserve Register is based on tho National Register. Men NOT ALREADY REGISTERED must supply enrolment-card:; not later than September 16. Men already registered need not supply an enrolment-card, but must, not later than September 16, NOTIFY PRESENT ADDRESS if place of abode has changed since registration. Mon REACHING MILITARY AGE, or ARRIVING IN DOMINION after September 16, must supply enrolment-cards within fourteen days thereafter. CHANGES OF ABODE AFTER ENROLMENT must bo notified within fourteen days. The Act makes tho reservist’s obligation to do any of tho above things A PERSONAL ONE, and he is not relieved by information previously given to recruiting officer or committee. Men not enrolled may be sent straight to camp. Men who fail to notify ehapgo of addioss become, liable to, a charge of desertion. Employers of Reservists not enrolled, or of deserters,' arc liable to heavy fines or imprisonment. For protection of Reservists certificates of enrolment will bo issued as soon as practicable after receipt of application on form provided.
