LOSS OF FRENCH SUBMARINE. (Received Dec. 10, 8.5 a.m.) LONDON, Deo. 9. Tho Admiralty states that the French submarine Fresnel was attacked when aground. Tho Austrians alleged that a big sailer had been sunk, but it was a ship of only thirty tons.
