(Received Dec. 4, 8.10 a.m.) COPENHAGEN, Dec. 3. Dr. Lindhoek, tho well-known philosopher, writes: “There is no longer any enthusiasm or public spirit In Germany. People in tho theatres even hies war songs. Tho reason is that 900,000 young men have been killed and many aro wounded or blind. Tho German debt is growing and her inoostries greatly reduced, despite tho German victories.” The .Berlin Lokal Anzoiger says that tho Reichstag rejoices at tho present military situation, but unfortunately we are not reassured regarding the future.
