TO REORGANISE SERBIAN ARMY.

MONASTIR FINALLY ABANDONED

GERMAN CONSPIRATORS CONDEMNED IN AMERICA.

The conclusion of the speech of the Italian Minister for Foreign Affairs shows that Italy is going to do her best to reorganise the Serbian Army for a new attack on the invaders. The L uited States has convicted the conspirators who used that country in order to supply German warships. Mr. Lansing has also intimated that Captain Bnyed, the German naval attache, should leave the country. The Serbians have been compelled to abandon Monastic and retreat northwards towards the borders of Albania. The army was starving and nearly frozen, hut still held together and repelled Bulgarian attacks. Bather unfavourable reports of the state of affairs in Germany still continue to bo received. . Mr. Stephen Graham suggests that these are part of a German plan to make us over-confident. He cannot persuade us that the Germans are really as hopeful and well provided with necessities as they were twelve months ago. We know, however, that they mean to fight, just as wc ourselves sliould do.
