A communique states;—ln the Caucasus, near Tovo village, north of Tortum Lake, our scouts descended precipices by ropes and rushed the Turkish detachmeuts, capturing their arms. Wo drove tho Kurds at Urumiah Lake from Persian to Turkish territory. JMatte.rs have been quiet, in tho Teheran region since the Russians arrived.
