THE NEW PLYMOUTH HARBOUR BOARD. NOTICE is hereby given that the New Plymouth Harbour Board ■will, at a Special Meeting of the Board to be held at the Office of the Board, situate in Brougham Street, New Plymouth, on FRIDAY, the 19th day of November, 1915, at noon, make the following rate; — A Special Rata under Section 17 of “The New Plymouth Harbour , Board Empowering Act, 1908,” of Three Farthings in the £ upon the capital value of all ratable property in the area described in the Second Schedule to the said Act; of One Halfpenny in the £ upon the capital value of ail ratable property described in the Third Schedule thereto; and of. One Farthing in the £ upon the capital value of all ratable property described in the Fourth Schedule thereto. The said rate will bo an annually recurring and continuing rate during the period from the Ist day of January, 1916. to the Ist day of May, 1939, being the currency of and to provide the interest and sinking fund on a loan of £25,000, being the balance of a loan of £300,000 authorised to be raised under the said Act, and will ho payable at the Office of the Board aforesaid in one sum on tho 19th day of June in each year. The Valuation Roll will remain open for inspection at the Office of tho Board aforesaid during office hours until tho said 19th day of November, 1915. Dated this 2nd dav of November, 1915. C. S.
