Reports from Budapest state that-a German attack on Serbians imminent, GENEVA, Sept. 11. Austria has closed the, Swiss and Roumanian frontiers, and troops guard the crossing. This is attributed to secret '■movements'of troops. BULGARIA AND TURKEY. ROTTERDAM, Sept. 11. In Pile Vossiche Zeitung M. Badoslavoff declares that Bulgaria has not accepted obligations in return for the .forced Turkish territory, which must bo regarded as an indemnity for her neutrality hitherto. AMSTERDAM, Sept. 10. The Bulgarian semi-official journal Dnevi confirms the statement that the Turco-Bulgarian treaty was signed on Monday, taking effect on Septemer 20. Bulgaria gains 1250 kilometres in Thrace. SOFIA, Sept. 12. M. Badoslavoff, after listening to a deputation from the Armenian colony in Bulgaria, drawing attention to the hopeless condition of Armenians in Turkey, promised to send their petition to Constantinople, with the support of Bulgaria’s previous representations, hoping that the Porte will heed Bulgaria’s friendly advice, especially as Turco-Bulgarian relations at presentare very friendly. TELEGRAPH OFFICERS ARRESTED LONDON, Sept. U. The Times’ correspondent a-t Athens says that two officers of high rank in the'telegraph department have been arrested on a charge of communicating and selling to two correspondents, why were also arrested, cipher dispatches to foreign legations.
