A CRUISER’S NARROW ESC ARE. LONDON, Juno 2,3. The Admiralty announces that a torpedo struck the warship Roxburgh (10,850 tons) on Sunday night in the North Sea. The damage is not serious and tho warship was able to proceed under her own steam. There wore no casual Wes. [The Roxburgh is an armoured cruiser built in 1905. She had a speed of 22.3 knots, and carried 7.5 in. and 6in, guns.]
