Masters’ Certificates of Qualification must he produced at tho scales. The winner of any Hat race after tho declaration of weights to carry a 141 b. penalty. Tho winner of any hurdle race after the declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 101 b., and of every additional hurdle race an extra 41b. The winner of any steeplechase after tho declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 101 b., and every additional steeplechase an extra 41b.
