Buckland and Sons report as follows: — On Wednesday, June 16, at Westfield, 435 head of beef were yarded and competition was steady, there being little alteration in values. Choice ox brought to £1 19s. prime to £1 18s, ordinary to £1 13s, cows and heifers to £1 las per 1001 b. Steers brought to £l7 15s, cows and heifers to £l2 7s 6d. - Veal.—The pons were well filled and Bold at last week’s values. . Runners brought to £8 os, heavy suckers to £3 16s, medium to £2 13s 6d. There was ■ a large yarding of sheep and tho greater portion was unfinished. Extra heavy prime wethers brought to £1 11s, heavy to £1 7s fid, light to £1 4s; extra prime owes to £1 4s Gd, good to £1 Is. There were 2253 sheep yarded. Pigs in largo numbers sold at high prices. Choppers brought to £4 16s, baconers to £i 10s, medium to £3 IQs, heavy porkers to £2 IRs, medium to £2 9s, slips to £l. 3s, and wcanors to 16s; 273 were sold. MATTHEWS, GAMLIN AND CO. Matthews, Gamlin and Co. report a small yarding at Inglewood Inst Wednesday.
