A CENSURE MOTION. nr rarer a it; tei.eceapii —copnticirt. (Received June 17. 10.15 a.m.) SYDNEY, June 17. In the Assembly, Mr. Wado explained that ins censure motion was merely intended as a groundwork for discussing tho administration of the Commodities Aft. He appealed for a party truce in war time, and urged an organised recruiting campaign. In an earnest recruiting speech, he declared that a large proportion of the young men did not realise their duty to tho Empire. For every one enlisting there were nine or ten who should bo doing their duty. Mr. Holman defended the Commodities Commission, and indicated that while he saw no reason that cordial relations between the Government and the Opposition should cease, he intended pushing on tho legislative programme. Tlte House adjourned.
