Official.—Austrian night attacks . on Telopoich wore repulsed and the Russians, counter-attacking with the bayonet, drove back the enemy with heavy loss. RIOTING AT TRIESTE. THE WAR UNPOPULAR. ROME, April 22. Rioting was renewed at Trieste on April 21, as a sequel to the summons to arms of males from 18 to 50. Several thousand women led the rioters to the Governor’s Palace, shriekeing: "We want bread. Give ns back our husbands and sons.” the Governor threatened to call out the troops, the mob ran amok, breaking windows of Austrian shops. They wrecked the fashionable Palace Hotel. The dockers scuttled a largo steamer about to leave with 80Cf tons of food for the Oattaro garrison. The crow escaped. HUNGARIANS REFUSE WAR CREDITS. TIMES AND SYDNEY SON SEUVTCES. (Received April 21, 8 a.m.) LONDON, April 23. Count Tisza failed to induce the Hungarian Parliament to vote the credits demanded by the military situation. ACTIVITY OF AIRMEN. ON GERMAN FRONTIER. (Received April 24, ?.33 a.m.) PETROGRAD, April 23. A Russian airship bombed a transport column at Plod;, also Gorman boats on tho Vistula. Two Russian dirigibles bombed the railway station at Mlawa, and the aerodrome at -Sanniki, south-east of Plock, badly damaging them.
