If the Government will tonline its publicity to offices where there is no newspaper taking the cable service, or whore these papers cannot circulate tho nows in reasonable time, no exception will be taken, but it is not treating tho papers fairly to anticipate them whore they are making every effort to supply tho public with everything they can obtain.
