‘ASSAULT BY SHIP’S COOK. PEE PRESS ASSOCIATION. WANGANUI, July 8. James M'Ginn, cook on the barque Mamtrewa, was charged .in court today with assaulting the chief mate by striking him on tho head with a bar of iron.
