RAILWAY STRIKE.
THREATENED IN NOVEMBER. »T ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH —COPYRIGHT TIMES AND SYDNEY SUN SERVICES. (Received March 20. 8 a.m.) LONDON. March 25. Mr. Thomas, M l’., secretary of the Amalgamated Society of Railway Servants, has announced that forty thousand men have notified the railway companies that they are ceasing work in November, unless their conditions are bettered. If they followed the Opposition policy they would advise those men to provide themselves with arms and ammunition.
