TOO MUCH OF A GOOD THING. BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH—COPYRIGHT. SYDNEY, March 23. Over seventeen inches of rain fell at Parramatta during the storm, and eight inches in six hours to-day. The rainfall since Friday was over eight inches, and in some of the country districts thirteen inches.
