MUNICIPAL CONCERT.
Wo understand that it has hoen arranged that the .Mayor and Council, with the enthusiasm that always marks their conduct when the progress ot the town is at stake, have deeided to give a concert on hctialf of the Carnival funds. The final arrangements have- not yet been completed, hut we are aide to give the following unoiUojal. hut we believe accurate, copy of the programme. It will he sium that every member of the Council Is toeing the line, and their public spirit will doubtless bo rewarded by a erowded lmn-e.
