AN INSTRUCTOR DISMISSED. BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH. COPYRIGHT TOKIO, March 4. Commander Suzuki, ordnance instructor at the Naval College, has been dismissed tile service and itrrwUKl in connection with the naval scandals. Baron Saito (Minister for Marine) opposes tho Upper House's pr<i|tosaJ to reduce the naval vote by £7,000,0110 sterling, which, ho says, will seriously hamper the defence.
