THE REEKS MYSTERY.
A STOLEN PISTOL. BY ELECTRIC TKLKGRAPH COPYRIGHT. (Roceavod Fob. 17, 9.30 a.m.) LONDON, Fob. 16. Tho police are investigating tho theft of an automatic pistol from tho wireless room of tho steamer Empress of Ireland, similar to that with which Reeks was killed. It is believed it was stolen during Reeks’ voyage. Tho theft was only discovered on Saturday, owing to tho dry-docking of the vessel.
