SOMALILAND.

OUTRAGES BY MAD MULLAH. BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH.—COPYRIGHT. (Received Nov. 14, 9.15 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 13. Mr. Alan Ostler, correspondent of the Dally Express, writes that since the withdrawal of the support to the friendly natives in Somaliland the atrocities there have been equal to those in the Congo. The Colonial Office, he says, is seeking to suppress the fact that the formation of the camel corps was largely tlie outcome of these horrors. The native quarter in Berbers in July last year was filled /with starving and mutilated friendlies. Some trailed themselves on their hands, • owing to their feet having been lopped off.
