FIRES.

OUTBREAK AT DUNEDIN. PEE PEKBS ASSOCIATION. DUNEDIN, Sept. 15. A building, consisting of a shop and a dwelling of seven rooms at Burnside, was destroyed by fire early this morning. The building was owned by T. Fogg and occupied by A. Gibbons, Everything was apparently safe when the occupier retired on Sunday night, and the cause of the fire is not known. The house was insured for £325 in the Northern Office, and the furniture and stock and fittings were insured for £l5O and £IOO respectively.
