The Times’ Peking correspondent states that tho Japanese iucide.nt discredits tho view that Japan is only waiting for an opportunity to seize Chinese territory. Her action suggests that tho Japanese policy in China is not aggressive and that her interests will liest be served by the preservation of peace.
