PARSON OR CONVICT.
AN INTERESTING POINT. BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH.—COPYRIGHT (Received Sept. 16, 10.50 a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 10. A spectator at a cricket match at Kitchen was arrested as au ex-convict for failing to report himself and being wanted at Birmingham. He was remanded in'custody, although he stoutly protested it was a case of mistaken identity. He described himself as Llewellyn Davies, a clergyman.
