ANOTHER RUMOUR. BT ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH. —COPYRIGHT. LONDON, Sept. 15. The Telegraph’s Johannesburg correspondent says that until the labour leaders’ revelations it was generally believed Botha had secured a stoppage of hostilities by threatening the labour leaders that they would bo tried summarily and instantly shot if they continued openly hostile.
