PER PRESS ASSOCIATION. WELLINGTON, Sept. 13. The House resumed at 9 a.m. Much discussion centred round the administration of the mental hospitals. Ho appealed to the Premier to put -through the mfnor class and adjourn. Mr. Massey said that course was impossible. The whole class must be put through that day. At 11,15 Sir Joseph Ward suggested an adjournment till 2.30 p.m. to enable members to digest the reports, then to pot through two-sections of the olaaa and adjourn till Tuesday. Mr. Massey said that was impossible. He was going to see the whole doss through at that sitting. \ Tho House adjourned till 2.30 p.m.
