The British Parliamentary tourists wore enthusiastically welcomed on their arrival from Sydney. The crowd at the railway station was much larger than anticipated. When the train palled up the police pushed back sufficient people to allow Lord Sheffield to alight. The Lord Mayor ; who was almost crushed up against him, presented the Overseas Club’s address.
