(Received Sept. 12, 9.10 a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 11. Unionist evening papers declare that a compromise on tho existing Bill is impossible. It is necessary to begin afresh. The Star contends it is useless to negotiate because tho Unionists will not yield anything. Tho Westminister Gazette declares that disturbances in Ulster wjll ho a grave calamity. Though a conference is besot with difficulties it is worth trying to settle the matter by consent. Lord laireburn’s proposal has met with a lukewarm reception. •
