’Hie Bov. Karl Schmidt will .lecture in tho Queen Street Methodist Schoolroom to-night upon his experiences among tho erstwhile cannibals of New Britain. Though a German, Mr. Schmidt is master of a capital English style, and his utterances yesterday revealed a singularly trained and thoughtful mind. No charge will be made for admission, but a collection will ho taken up on behalf of mission funds. The lecture, will be illustrated by lantern slides.
